GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS AND SALE

1. BASIC PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions define the terms of purchase and sale of products through the online store figurella.hr. The supplier and seller of the products is:

A Buyer is considered any legal or natural person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information, and submits an order.

2. PRICES AND PRODUCTS

All prices on figurella.hr are expressed in euros (€). VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 90, Paragraph 2 of the VAT Act. Since the products are natural cosmetics, figurella.hr strives to describe them as accurately as possible. Please note that product photos are for informational purposes only, and the actual appearance of the product may vary slightly due to the nature of natural ingredients and packaging.

3. ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION

A purchase is completed by adding products to the “Cart” and confirming the order. The sales contract is considered concluded at the moment the Buyer receives an order confirmation via e‑mail.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment on herbarij.com can be made in the following way:

• Bank transfer / Online banking: Payment to the seller’s transaction account according to the details provided in the order.

5. DELIVERY AND TIMEFRAMES

Delivery is available within the Republic of Croatia (and within the EU upon agreement).

• Delivery cost: For orders up to 50 €, delivery is 5 €. For orders above this amount, delivery is free.
• Delivery time: Products are usually shipped within 2–3 business days from the moment the payment is visible or the order is confirmed (for cash‑on‑delivery orders).

6. UNILATERAL CONTRACT TERMINATION (RETURNS)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR COSMETICS: The right to return goods cannot be exercised for cosmetic products that have been opened or used after delivery, due to health and hygiene reasons (Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act). A product may be returned only if it is in its original, unopened packaging with an intact protective seal/label. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

7. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

If the Buyer notices damage to the shipment upon delivery, they must immediately report it to the courier. A written complaint, in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, may be sent via e‑mail to info@figurella.hr or by post to the company’s registered address. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 15 days of receipt.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on herbarij.com (texts, formulations, logos, photographs) is the property of the Seller. Any unauthorized use or copying of content for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written consent.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Figurella.hr collects personal data of customers solely for the purpose of order processing and delivery.
