The figure analysis is an individual conversation that takes place in a private space within the Figurella center. The body is measured at several points using a flexible tape to understand the situation.

The fitness status, possible excess accumulations, muscle tone, and health condition of the body are objectively identified. Additionally, the Figurella Assistant collects all information about lifestyle habits that may be useful: sedentary job, family obligations, the ability or inability to cook, physical activity you perform, personal history (including sudden weight gains or failed previous diets).

The critical points of your figure that need work and other useful information for shaping the strategy will be identified together.

The first consultation at Figurella serves to identify the goals and the period needed to achieve them – therefore, the relative number of sessions. Based on the needs for localized remodeling, for hips, thighs, buttocks, arms, and calves, the assistant prepares a series of movements that will be the basis of the medical bed activity.

Based on the goals of remodeling or shaping, the correct dietary regime is identified, which also takes into account preferences, time, and family life.

At the end of the Figure Analysis, you will receive your personalized program and have the opportunity to choose whether and when to start attending your Figurella Center.
