To sum up, regular consumption of zucchini nourishes the body with dietary fibers, which promote digestion, prevent constipation, and cleanse the intestines of toxins. So, let’s get to the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large zucchini

  • 200 g of ham

  • 200 g of cheddar/mozzarella cheese

  • 200 g of low-fat cream cheese

  • Grated carrot

  • Fresh chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Zucchini: Wash the zucchini and peel it into long strips. Lay the strips side by side on aluminum foil or parchment paper (making sure each strip slightly overlaps the previous one) until you have a complete layer.

  2. Layer the Ingredients: Add a layer of ham on top of the zucchini strips, followed by a layer of cheese. For the final layer, mix the low-fat cream cheese with finely grated carrot and chopped parsley.

  3. Roll and Slice: Spread the cheese mixture over the zucchini, ham, and cheese layers, then slowly roll everything together. After rolling, cut the roll into pieces and secure each piece with a toothpick to prevent them from unrolling.

  4. Customization: Feel free to customize the fillings and spread, such as using avocado mousse.
